Testimonials

While we have known for some time that Tina is an engaging and uplifting presenter, her help at our most recent conference goes above and beyond all expectations.  Having been a presenter at our conference for 260 Human Resources Professionals the year before, this year Tina was attending as a paying guest.  When one of our speakers became ill and couldn’t present, we suddenly had a large gap in our schedule to fill.  I immediately sought out Tina to ask if she could do a presentation later that day.  Not only did Tina graciously oblige but she also sought out our keynote presenter to align her presentation with the key elements of the keynote!  After a 20 minute conversation, Tina was able to customize her presentation to complement our theme for the day and deliver a highly rated program.  Brilliant!  Thank you Tina for being a great presenter and the extra effort you make for your clients!

As part of our team building day, Tina did a workshop on Maximizing the 3-C’s:  Communication, Collaboration and Connection. Everyone commented that they learned a bit more about themselves that they didn’t know before having this discussion. It was great to have the day to focus on communication and tying in Tina’s presentation added that much more to learn about each other! I liked her examples of perception and communication. We had a great experience!

Tina provided our group of volunteer coordinators from around the state of Wisconsin with the “success formula” of how we can increase our willpower to help set and achieve our goals. She explained that we need to understand our passions, make goals personal, and celebrate our small accomplishments along the way. In life, we need to anticipate obstacles, challenges, and plan ahead to understand that we can change overtime by altering our habits of thinking, acting, and responding to life’s many unknowns. We left with valuable information knowing that it is never too late to choose, change, or tweak a goal. Tina encouraged the group to take the first step by writing down our goals and telling others and you too will notice a change in your life. We enjoyed the helpful and interesting information we received which can be applied to both our professional and personal lives to be healthier, happier, and more productive individuals.

Tina was very easy to work with – professional and very nice.   Her presentation at our Health and Wellness event was truly wonderful – the content, slides, and mini exercises all worked so well together.  We received numerous positive comments from attendees.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for giving the Sauk Prairie Chamber your time last week.  I have heard nothing but RAVE reviews about you, your topic and presentation style. Five stars!

— Tywana German Executive Director, Sauk Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce

Thank you Tina for your presentation!  It became very evident that you had carefully listened during our pre-conference discussions about the challenges and concerns we face as an organization working through a reorganization process.  During challenging and stressful times, I believe the opportunity to come together and have an opportunity to learn more about what we can and cannot control in our lives is a healthy opportunity.  Survey results from attendees rated you exceptionally positive.  Educators can be a challenging group to teach and engage, but you effectively reached the large group and successfully tied many of the concepts of the program into your final presentation.  I appreciated your well prepared presentation and your ability to successfully engage the entire group.  Thank you for being an important part of our program!

The time you spent with us presenting the DiSC workshop was great. Our team really enjoyed better understanding our own and others’ personalities and work styles. Little pieces like how to work best with each other and what style we are have come up in conversation on numerous occasions since.  Our team thrives off the discussion components you worked into the presentation. When we’re able to connect, and not just sit and listen, that’s where we gain the most. So it was great to work in the small groups and also have larger group conversations. I really believe it brought us a lot closer and those who missed out, well, missed out.

— Laura Portz Innovation Consultant, Innovation Team at American Family Insurance

“Although very few of them had an understanding of what this presentation would hold prior to our National Sales Meeting, our team overwhelmingly chose Tina’s presentation on DiSC personalities as a highlight of the 2-day event. Although Tina focused on understanding different personalities in regards to clients, many of them commented on how the information was useful in workplace relationships and in their personal lives as well. Tina was professional and skilled at engaging the audience, and got our often reluctant group moving. I was particularly impressed at how well she was able to adapt her presentation to fit our company culture and professional field. We look forward to continuing to work with Tina to continue our staff development and build on the knowledge gained at our National Meeting throughout the year. Well done!” – Marci Birkes-Geffert, Training Specialist, Midwestern BioAg
